If you want to find freedom in who God has made you to be
without things having to look a certain way, you’re in the right place.

around here, we prioritize
living simply,
making healthy choices,
living naturally &
having a positive mindset.
And the best part is, you can too!
Every day I get messages from women:
☆ wanting to find meaning in the everyday
☆ looking for healthy inspiration without the judgment
☆ seeking freedom in faith
☆ searching for fulfilment and happiness
It means the world to be to be able to share my journey, and at the end of the day I’m happy knowing that I’ve helped inspire even one person out there. But here’s the honest truth: I’m learning and growing and figuring it all out, too, just like you.
As a former perfectionist living with anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder, I know a little something about finding ways to live your best life every day despite challenges. With the last ten years being consumed with those things, I’ve learned to let some of that perfectionism go so that I can honour my path and my journey. I’ve grown into the belief that I am building a life that I am choosing every day.
Is it hard work? Absolutely.
Overwhelming at times? Heck yes.
Do i always know what i’m doing? Nope!
But the more I’m living in alignment with my values, the more I know better, I feel better and I do better.
It took me a long time to learn this lesson about doing what’s best for me regardless of how different it may be from others’ unique path. My guiding principle these days is that I want my daughters to know that they can find their own way and do what feels right for them. When I look at them and their friends, I see tomorrow’s leaders, wives, mothers, and world changers. I see great things for a generation rising up. I am for my daughters and for their friends, for their mothers and for women everywhere. I believe we have the honour of building each other up, hurting alongside others who are hurting, and cheering each other along when others are doing well.
On my little corner of the Internet, I want to empower and inspire, and above all, to show you that I’m right it in with you.
- All my love,
amber
